Claudine Onsongo is a Doctorally prepared nurse practitioner, board-certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and an Adult Gerontological Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP-BC). With over 10 years of experience providing compassionate and effective care across various healthcare settings, she is dedicated to the mental health field.  

Claudine earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Metropolitan State University, graduating at the top of her class. She then obtained a Master of Science in Nursing with an emphasis on acute care from the University of South Alabama, followed by a Post-Master Certification as a Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Wilkes University. Additionally, she earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from Chatham University and is board certified as a mental health nurse practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center.  

Claudine Onsongo specializes in treating a range of mental health illnesses, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, PTSD, and eating disorders. In her practice, patients are not just numbers; they are integral parts of a team, fostering continuity of growth. Her treatment approach emphasizes comprehensive evaluation, individualized treatment plans, active listening, and teamwork.
